We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Dreazu products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Products that have been misused, damaged by improper operation, or modified are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect confirmed by our team.
3. Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@dreazu.com to submit your return request and get a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to the designated return address at your own cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
4. Exchanges
